We're now looking for a curious and detail-oriented eInvoicing Consultant (Alternant) to support a key transformation project: the rollout of eInvoicing and eReporting processes across our operations.

Working hand-in-hand with experts across SCOR, you'll contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance, designing smart solutions, and streamlining operational flows. If you're ready to make an impact in a collaborative, international environment where learning never stops—this is your chance!

We are seeking an eInvoicing Consultant - Alternant to support the implementation of the eInvoicing/eReporting project. The ideal candidate is a continuous learner who thrives in collaborative environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize and ensure seamless project executions that support our regulatory compliance efforts at SCOR.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with Product Owners: Ensure seamless project execution.
  2. Design Documents: Contribute to process flows, architecture diagrams, and interface contracts.
  3. Testing Phases: Prepare, organize, execute, and document unitary, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing phases with the project team.
  4. Execution Phase Monitoring: Produce dashboards to monitor production exchanges.
  5. Problem Resolution: Participate in issue resolution with the project team.
  6. Documentation: Identify recurring issues and assist in creating documentation for future business support processes.
  7. Business Support: Address business issues as part of the project team to aid in remediation efforts.
  8. Process Improvement: Propose enhancements to improve processes and outcomes.

Required experience & competencies

  • Currently studying a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related analytical field.
  • Previous knowledge of regulatory requirements and/or the financial services industry is a plus.
  • A business-driven mindset with a strong appetite to understand functional context.
  • Knowledge of agile and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and with various stakeholders in IT.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
