Vertiv Co is seeking an EHS professional to develop and implement environmental and safety policies in France. You will investigate incidents, report monthly KPIs, and support audits to maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

The role includes conducting trainings, inductions, and coordinating with the EMEA EHS team to ensure site compliance across projects and client sites in France.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a Health, Safety & Environmental role.
• Experience with construction, electrical, thermal or generator environments is advantageous.
• Fluent business-level French and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement environmental policies and safety programs to meet local EHS regulations.
• Investigate accidents, near misses and environmental incidents; report KPIs monthly.
• Support EHS audits and maintain ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Conduct EHS trainings and inductions for Vertiv employees.
• Coordinate with EMEA EHS team and projects department on site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and corporate EHS requirements.
• Perform internal audits and maintain EHS documentation.
