Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France seeks an SLS Coordinator for the Final Assembly Line A350. The role sits within the HSE department, focusing on coordinating the FAL Local Safety Support network and cascading the EHS roadmap across production units.

The candidate will advise managers on EHS requirements, promote a strong safety culture, and manage incident follow-up with root-cause analysis, while ensuring EHS aspects are integrated into major evolution projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE/EHS.
• Master's degree (BAC+5) in HSE/EHS or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Professional level of English required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead the FAL Local Safety Support (SLS) network and cascade EHS strategy.
• Advise operational managers on EHS requirements and regulatory standards.
• Lead incident follow-up including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure EHS requirements are integrated into FAL projects and manage Safety CAPEX.
