Lear Corporation in Feignies, Hauts-de-France, is seeking an EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental activities across the site. You will help create a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements, and drive continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within a manufacturing environment.
• Nationally recognized Health and Safety qualification required;
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience maintaining ISO 14001 systems and supporting ISO 45001 implementation and auditing.
• Strong communication, training delivery, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and promote a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across the plant.
• Advise and support managers, supervisors, and team leaders on EHS compliance and best practices.
• Manage the reporting and analysis of health, safety, energy, and sustainability performance data.
• Conduct accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and drive timely corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve risk assessment programs and safe systems of work.
• Manage ISO 14001 compliance and support ISO 45001 certification, including internal audits.
• Coordinate safety inspections, audits, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with machinery safety, contractor management, permit-to-work processes, and statutory inspection requirements.
