Position

As a Sales Associate (H/F/X), you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional customer experience! Your responsibilities include managing sales from greeting to checkout, contributing to the store's economic performance, and performing all necessary non-sales tasks for smooth operations.

Main Activities
  • Advising customers to meet their expectations
  • Representing and communicating the brand's story, values, and commitments
  • Recommending products and services tailored to customer needs with appropriate technical arguments
  • Recruiting and retaining Petit Bateau customers through CRM programs and satisfaction initiatives
  • Generating sales to enhance store profitability
  • Managing end-to-end sales process and conversions
  • Understanding cash procedures, refunds, returns, etc.
  • Analyzing results, implementing individual actions, and proposing collective initiatives to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to achieving sales goals and developing physical and omnichannel revenue
  • Performing non-sales tasks for a premium in-store experience
  • Participating in visual merchandising following PB standards (labeling, merchandising, POS materials, folding, cleanliness)
  • Adhering to stock management procedures (receiving, shipping, reordering, stock organization, inventory)
