You will play a central role in our digital transformation by enabling the Powertrain Engineering organization to efficiently create and use Data as a Product. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your missions will include:
With your knowledge and technical skills in data engineering, supported by a community of Data Scientists/Engineers, you will contribute to defining technical strategies for project development and deployment in Volvo data infrastructures. You will also provide advice and technical expertise to foster a data culture, essential in this journey.
You will be part of the Data & Simulation team in the Powertrain Engineering department, Lyon. Our core mission is to accelerate powertrain engineering through digital technologies like Data Science & Simulation, helping our department evolve into a more data-driven organization.

Preferred additional skills include experience with Databricks, Github, Jenkins, DevOps, AI algorithms, Deep Learning frameworks, Agile/Scrum, Safe framework, Jira/Confluence.
