Cloud Consulting Practice Director, ERP Security

Description

The Oracle Security and Controls practice within North American Applications Consulting is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and Oracle controls products for our customers. Our expanding customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development. We seek consultants and leaders with in-depth Oracle HCM cloud security expertise.

Brief Description of the role

Lead a team to successfully implement ERP security, preferably including Advanced Control. The ideal candidate will mentor and train new analysts, work on ERP security and controls implementations, identify product gaps and collaborate with product development to address them, develop innovative solutions to meet customer requirements, and ensure successful product deployment.

Detailed Description

Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, and differentiate user requests from underlying needs. Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, delivering artifacts such as requirements documents, design documents, and test scripts as needed.

Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Contribute to internal initiatives by creating best practice libraries and repeatable solutions to enhance scalability of implementations.

Apply strong analytical skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $116,400 to $254,300 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, locations, and differences in products, industries, and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed within this range based on these factors and internal peer equity.
