Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

As a Site Security Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, helping to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
2. Contributing to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
3. Managing projects effectively from initiation to completion.
4. Engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Excellent project management and execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.

Contract details: Initially a 2-year contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent position.
