Job Title : EMEA Sales Account Manager (Remote)

Company : Tektronix

Tektronix is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and flexible EMEA Sales Account Manager to join our European Service Organization. This role primarily focuses on managing and growing accounts with a high proportion of Tektronix and Keithley (OEM) test equipment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential accounts that have a significant percentage of OEM assets.
  2. Account Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies in partnership with Tektronix sales teams to maximize revenue and grow market share, supporting non-OEM calibrations for strategic customers.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure high-level customer support focusing on customer priority issues and maintaining consistent communication.
  2. Collaborate with the wider EMEA Tektronix Sales team to develop strategies for managing and communicating with customers across all regions.
  3. Engage with executives and senior managers.
  4. Grow business from existing customers and prospect for new opportunities.
  5. Participate in funnel and forecast reviews as required.
  6. Sell large, multiyear service agreements and contracts.
  7. Design and deliver compelling conversations for executive-level roles.
  8. Meet and exceed Service Sales targets based on monthly plans and business goals.
  9. Maintain regular customer communication and ensure timely service contract renewals.
  10. Generate new Service Sales opportunities from scratch.
  11. Foster strong relationships with direct and indirect sales teams.

Job Requirements :

  1. Background in Commercial, Administration, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Service Sales, or a related Sales position within an Electronics or Electrical company (3-5 years experience).
  2. Knowledge of sales operation processes.
  3. Organizational skills to lead and manage complex new business pursuits.
  4. Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated, driven, and flexible.
  7. Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  8. Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and industry-specific software.
  10. Engineering background or prior experience in Service Sales or Sales within Electronics/Electrical sectors is advantageous.
