Job Title: Senior Security Operations Manager

Location: La Roche-sur-Yon, France (remote, flexible within Europe)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
• Manage projects effectively from initiation to completion.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Excellent project management and execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.

Contract Details: Initially a 2-year contract with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent.
