Job Description:

Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer

Location: France

Start Date: ASAP - 4 Weeks

Role Overview: The senior planning engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and following up on all engineering planning activities within a project or tender.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand project/tender requirements; identify and address planning scenarios and problems; develop and implement solutions.
2. Establish, maintain, and monitor plans and progress for new and existing projects in accordance with planning procedures.
3. Develop and maintain the engineering baseline schedule, including S-curves and reporting formats.
4. Organize the flow of planning and progress information with internal and external sources, including establishing reporting routines for sub-contractors and follow-up of progress.
5. Implement sub-contractors' plans into the main schedule/plan.

Essential Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
2. English speaking.
3. Previous experience in offshore or subsea environments, ideally in the oil and gas industry.
