Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Techno/Functional Consultant with expertise in France payroll programming and SAP ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Data Dictionary, schemas, PCRs, and XML related to SAP landscapes. Responsibilities include customizing BADIs, enhancements, SAPScript, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, web services, XI/PI, security, workflows, and portal technologies. The role requires supporting complex SAP environments, troubleshooting, and development in SAP versions from 4.7 to NetWeaver 7.2, with a focus on France payroll configuration.

Experience:

• 10+ years relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer
• Deep knowledge of DSN configuration and functionalities
• Expertise in French payroll configuration, cycles, and schemas
• Fluent in French (reading and speaking)
• Experience supporting dual stack SAP environments and multiple SAP production implementations
• Support experience in 24/7 SAP operations and troubleshooting third-party integrations
• Development experience across SAP 4.7 - NetWeaver 7.2, including BI, PI, SEM, CRM, SCM
• Experience with AMS or off-shore support models
• Strong communication skills in English and French

Skills:

• Development in SAP HCM and Payroll, specifically France Payroll
• Proficient in schemas and PCR creation
