As we expand globally, we’re seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Lead – EMEA to build and lead our commercial presence across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a key market from the ground up.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of

  • Market Strategy & Execution: Work hand-in-hand with the experienced marketing team to define and execute a go-to-market sales strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of the EMEA region.
  • Hands-on Business Development: Lead by example — identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while establishing Adtucon’s presence in key markets.
  • Team Building: As the region scales, recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team in line with commercial demand and the wider business needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Operations to align strategies and ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, provide regular pipeline and revenue updates, and use data to optimise strategy and execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine and sharpen our commercial approach whilst complying with local regulations and company policies.

What We Wish You’d Bring With

  • Ideally, 7–10 years of proven success in a senior B2B sales role, preferably within MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS
  • Strong experience in the EMEA region with a deep understanding of local markets, buyer behavior, and commercial nuances.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate both strategically and hands-on.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and managing sales teams is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a huge bonus.
