Job Description:

Overview of the role: The Photovoltaic Development Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects focused on the development, implementation, and operation of renewable energy sources, including solar energy, storage, and AgriSolar. The role requires ensuring the successful execution of projects while aligning with the company's financial, environmental, and sustainable development goals.

Project Planning: Create comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, human resources, and key development milestones.

Feasibility Studies: Lead or conduct feasibility studies to assess the technical, economic, and environmental viability of renewable energy projects.

Resource Management: Allocate and manage human, financial, and material resources necessary for project completion.

Supplier Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.

Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring effective communication with landowners, farmers, local authorities, and government agencies.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications: Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering, renewable energy, or project management, with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role. Strong expertise in managing renewable energy projects, ideally in complex and multisectoral projects.
