Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve overseeing the digital support process and intervening where necessary to ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
2. Good knowledge of English
3. Previous experience in operations and/or customer service (a plus)

Additional information:

• Part-time position (30 hours)
• Shift-based role, including occasional night and weekend shifts
