Job Description:

Role description and responsibilities:

• Develop, capitalize, and update 3DS industry knowledge and expertise for operations in CHINA within CPG-Retail and Home & Lifestyle, focusing on client’s business drivers, business model, value chain, and ecosystem.
• Document the 3DS value proposal for clients in assigned Industry Segments.
• Provide advice and expertise upstream of projects, adopting a consultative approach to customers and Dassault Systèmes sales partners.
• Analyze and optimize market business processes through customer engagements, using Dassault Systèmes solutions, mainly DELMIA, in production and Supply Chain areas.
• Engage with selected customers and support Value Assessment and Value Definition phases of Value Engagements at MUST clients of assigned Industry Segments.
• Participate in each gate of Value Engagements for involved MUST accounts.
• Support Sales Enablement and Industry Certification initiatives.
• Assist in Business Planning for assigned Industry Segments within Geos.
• Develop and animate a network of DS and Partners around Industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 10 years in consulting related to Operations and Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of the Home & Lifestyle and Consumer Packaged Goods-Retail industries.
• Strong qualities of rigor, autonomy, listening, and synthesis, with excellent customer relations and trust-building skills.
• Business acumen, strategic thinking, and experience working in large or multi-layer teams are valuable assets.
