We are currently recruiting for Sushi Chefs for our amazing new seasonal pop-up in St Tropez for the 2025 summer season.

Please note this position is a seasonal contract (CDD) with accommodation provided.

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Saint-Tropez, set to open in 2025. Our luxurious venue will embody the dynamic energy and sophistication that this iconic destination is known for. Featuring elegant outdoor dining, Zuma Saint-Tropez will be the ultimate dining destination in the region.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain all mise en place at a sufficient level to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service whilst controlling food quality, consistency, appearance and taste
  • Carry out daily checks to ensure storage areas are maintained to a high level of hygiene
  • Ensure all food products are consistent with recipes
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all workstations in accordance with the Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained to a good standard, with minimum breakage
