What do we offer?

Our CAEN-based NEXTEP HR office is recruiting a Technico-Commercial Sédentaire H/F for a permanent contract (CDI). In this growing industrial company, you will join the maintenance department. Located on the outskirts of Bayeux, your responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring sales of specific products or services.
2. Identifying clients and prospects.
3. Understanding clients' needs.
4. Negotiating commercial terms (cost, implementation, warranty, delivery).
5. Updating a CRM system.

Working conditions and benefits: €30,000 - €32,000 gross annual salary, annual bonuses, 13th-month salary, day-time hours Monday to Friday.

Who are we looking for?

Applicants should have a BAC+2 in sales or commercial negotiation, with good knowledge of industrial maintenance. Comfortable with professional clients, proficient in office tools, and confident in both written and oral communication.
