Your Mission

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate our revenue growth by owning and expanding key accounts. You will lead in managing strategic accounts and driving adoption of our AI-powered HR solutions. Your experience in HR tech will enable you to connect deeply with enterprise clients, navigate complex sales cycles, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

You will be the face and voice of our industry-leading technology as you engage with innovative recruitment companies and large employers (Fortune 1000, CAC 40), actively seeking solutions to source and find the best candidates in a rapidly evolving job landscape.

Your role will be pivotal in establishing long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to our overall business strategy. We’re looking for the next business ‘go-getter’!

Responsibilities
  • Manage your B2B sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and build business momentum through meetings, product information, demos, and quotes in a timely fashion.
  • Create compelling proposals and manage service contracts for relevant prospects.
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure beneficial outcomes and maximized revenue.
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs of client needs to the Professional Services team.
  • Maintain CRM updates and help build business intelligence reports and dashboards.
  • Create professional presentations to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and onboarding.
About You - Must Have
  • 5+ years of proven success as an Account Executive in B2B sales.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in an HR tech company for enterprise clients.
  • Excellent memory and capacity for synthesis.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong written communication skills in English & French, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Experience crafting professional, impactful presentations.
  • CRM proficiency and deep knowledge of lifecycle management in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to provide input on how to further streamline internal sales processes.
