YOUR FUTURE TEAM

The IT O+O Europe E-commerce and Content team is responsible for delivering E-commerce experiences for L'Oréal's European customers across nearly websites. We blend cutting-edge technology with strategic e-commerce and content expertise to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey across all our digital platforms. Passionate about driving business growth, our collaborative team is dedicated to making L'Oréal's diverse portfolio of brands shine online.

What a day in your future job looks like:

  • Drive technical Roadmap: Guide DC and BB program managers through their roadmap, understanding their pain points and translating them into robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Architect end-to-end solutions encompassing business process analysis, system design, configuration, integration, and data migration.
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong command of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, including core functionality and integration points.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships within internal ecosystem stakeholders, cultivating trust and confidence in your expertise. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, presenting complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define how we can stay on top of our game in terms of architecture by driving and designing all technical optimization to our platforms.

The main challenges you will encounter in your role include:

  • Being the technical lighthouse for the DC and BBEcommerce in Europe.
  • Challenging our vendors and partners to defend IT O+O Europe’s interests.
  • Discovering an extremely wide ecosystem with new challenges every day.

  • Have proven experience: Minimum of X years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar consulting role, with a track record of successful enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.

  • Have good communication skills (written and verbal): Able to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
