A leading company in sustainable packaging seeks a Business Development Manager for the cosmetics sector in France. This role involves expanding market presence, managing sales pipelines, and building customer relationships, with a focus on innovation and strategic sales planning. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and a proven track record in business development within the cosmetics or packaging industry.
Our client, the Hoffmann Neopac Group, is a global packaging specialist headquartered in Switzerland, known for developing and producing high-quality, sustainable tubes. With about 1,000 employees worldwide and more than 100 years of packaging expertise, Hoffmann Neopac is a trusted partner to global leaders such as LVMH, Beiersdorf, and Chanel. The company is renowned for its innovation and leadership in premium packaging for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and dental industries.
In this exciting role, you will take commercial responsibility for driving new business within the cosmetics and beauty sector in France, while also overseeing inquiries from Italy and managing the company’s sales agent for Spain and Portugal. Your natural hunter mentality, passion for prospecting, and ability to develop sales pipelines will be instrumental in successfully expanding Hoffmann Neopac’s market presence in Southern Europe. This high-visibility role reports directly to the Head of Cosmetics Packaging and provides the opportunity to work closely with global leadership and manufacturing teams.
