With about 1,000 employees worldwide and more than 100 years of packaging expertise, Hoffmann Neopac is a trusted partner to global leaders such as LVMH, Beiersdorf, and Chanel. The company is renowned for its innovation and leadership in premium packaging for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and dental industries.

In this exciting role, you will take commercial responsibility for driving new business within the cosmetics and beauty sector in France, while also overseeing inquiries from Italy and managing the company’s sales agent for Spain and Portugal. Your natural hunter mentality, passion for prospecting, and ability to develop sales pipelines will be instrumental in successfully expanding Hoffmann Neopac’s market presence in Southern Europe. This high-visibility role reports directly to the Head of Cosmetics Packaging and provides the opportunity to work closely with global leadership and manufacturing teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Commercial responsibility for developing new business within the cosmetics and beauty business in France, Spain and Portugal.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within the defined market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage and close new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Stay informed on trends in the global cosmetics and beauty industry and build a network of key decision-makers.
  • Represent the company by attending trade association meetings and events including exhibitions, customer / supplier events and other networking opportunities.
  • Provide customer feedback to support product innovation and service enhancement.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales agreements to maximize revenue.

Profile

  • Master’s Degree or similar in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong track record in new business development, account management and / or project management within the cosmetics & beauty or packaging industry.
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and building new business relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and proactive working style.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to convince and ‘close the deal’.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Fluent in French and English, additional language skills beneficial
