About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing international team. This role is about more than just sales, it’s about building genuine partnerships, identifying opportunity in complexity, and helping organizations find real value through people-centered solutions.

As part of the team, you’ll work remotely across the EU region, developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the strategic direction of business development efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via partner networks, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting client retention and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records
  • Report on performance and pipeline activity to internal stakeholders

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaker (C1), with strong communication skills across written and spoken formats
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a proven track record in sales within financial services or related sectors
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial sales or business development role
  • Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit)
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to engage clients in commercially-driven conversations and deliver tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets; comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment
