Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging internal teams.
  • Implement actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance service value for lasting relationships.
  • Develop and monitor customized reports, ensuring clients have access to them.
  • Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
  • Monitor and oversee client projects to meet expectations.
  • Organize regular meetings, especially with clients lacking recent contact, to maintain relationships.
  • Create access and demonstrate our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector; your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with ability to work effectively in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides).
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
