Description du poste

EQUITA is the first investment platform designed by women - for all - with the mission to close the gender wealth gap and give retail investors access to diversified, high-impact opportunities. We believe that investing is not just about money - it’s about power, independence, and legacy. Now, we’re building a strong social media voice and brand awareness to carry that message far and wide.

If you wish to be part of a change-making startup in the investment space, join us as EQUITA is set to become the first regulated investment platform in Europe dedicated to empowering women with the knowledge and tools necessary for financial growth and empowerment.

The mission

We’re looking for a dynamic and curious Business Development Intern to help us scale EQUITA's reach by identifying and activating partnerships with relevant communities and associations. Your role will be key in bringing our mission to life through collaboration and opening new doors for growth.

What you’ll do
  1. Research and Prospecting
  • Identify and qualify high-potential communities, clubs, collectives, associations (business, tech, finance, women’s networks, alumni groups, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a target list with key contacts (CRM-style tracking)
  • Analyze community DNA to assess alignment with EQUITA’s values and target audience
  • Outreach and Relationship Building
    • Reach out to community leads via email, LinkedIn, or warm intros
    • Present EQUITA using pre-built materials (mockups, investment thesis, educational content, value proposition, team story)
    • Schedule intro meetings, take notes, and relay insights to the team
  • Strategic Partnership Structuring
    • Co-create light partnership models with associations (co-branded events, newsletter features, investment education sessions, etc.)
    • Help draft outreach kits, partnership templates, and one-pagers
    • Support the launch and coordination of initial partnership activations
    What we’re looking for
    • You’re a student in business, marketing, political science, entrepreneurship, or a related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
    • You’re proactive, organized, and not afraid to reach out and start conversations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and ideally English
    • Bonus: You’re interested in finance with impact, gender equality, or startup ecosystems
    • You're curious, autonomous, and know how to get things done
    What we offer
    • A chance to contribute to a mission-driven fintech at an early, strategic stage
    • Hands-on experience in partnership development, go-to-market strategy, and community engagement
    • Close collaboration with the founders and leadership team
    • Flexibility in remote work, hours, and initiative-taking
    • A meaningful line on your CV: helping shape the future of inclusive investing
    • Share who you are and why EQUITA resonates with you, including past experiences (side projects, student associations, or role models)
