Job Description for Technicien intervenant itinérant

Position: In the context of a new role, we are seeking a Mobile Technician for our client, a company specialized in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom machinery.

Main Missions:

• Respond immediately to urgent intervention requests
• Implement necessary operations for equipment maintenance at client sites
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
• Conduct site investigations to identify the root cause of failures
• Organize and manage service interventions, including travel administration
• Coordinate with colleagues for interventions when needed
• Draft intervention reports
• Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting
• Temporarily shift to the repair workshop in Orléans during low intervention periods
• Follow travel rules to minimize costs
• Support Commercial teams with opportunities

Location:

North of Orléans (45) and worldwide travel (~220 days/year)

Candidate Profile:

• Higher education (BAC+2 Electrotechnics) or significant experience in the field
• Good knowledge of electric motors and alternators maintenance
• Strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
• Customer service orientation
• Reactivity, rigor, entrepreneurial spirit, and team-mindedness
• Diplomatic, autonomous, organized, and good planning skills
• Goal-oriented with results focus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (A2/B1) is essential

Following a 6-month internal training period (paired work + workshop familiarization), you will travel worldwide (approximately 220 days/year).
