Job Description

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s overall health and success. The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works well independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept and comfortable with technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Motivated by challenges, able to work independently, and eager to learn and grow.
