Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of digital projects across key accounts. This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of project leadership, team development, and client success.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee ecommerce project health, drive value-led outcomes, and manage profitability.
2. Coach and support a team of Project Managers, ensuring high standards, efficient delivery practices, and a strong team culture.
3. Lead delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements.
4. Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
5. Manage project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting.
6. Drive continuous improvement across delivery standards and practices.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles.
2. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
3. Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability).
4. Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams.
