We are currently seeking a Product Business Analyst to join our France-based team in this remote role, with occasional travel to our Boulogne-Billancourt site. Both English and French language skills are required for this role.

This role involves translating complex product needs of high-profile clients into internal functional specifications. You will also manage project aspects of product changes and handle all internal and external communications related to the product.

This position offers the opportunity to work with global, household-name clients, supporting products that empower clients to bring brands to life with ease and accuracy.

You will work cross-functionally with a team of technical and product specialists, within a rapidly growing, dynamic global organization operating in a fast-paced industry.

This role will help develop your analytical and project management skills, allowing you to solve complex issues daily in an autonomous yet supportive environment.

Ideal candidates will have around 1-2 years of experience in web-based applications, SaaS, or project management tools, and aspire to grow into Project Management or Business Analyst roles.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating organizational strategy and customer needs into functional requirements.
• Managing and maintaining product documentation, including user and admin guides, and communicating product updates/releases.
• Acting as a liaison with implementation and operational teams to advise on functionality, feasibility, and upcoming plans; maximizing product uptake.
• Managing product demonstrations and participating in pre-sales processes.
• Project managing ongoing development initiatives, including planning and coordinating product releases.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in software implementation and/or product management, preferably in B2B and SaaS contexts.
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle: backlog management, sprints, retrospectives, iterative improvements.
• Stakeholder engagement skills to translate needs into specifications.
• Strong communication skills to relay complex ideas clearly.
