The role involves managing client orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in logistics operations and be proficient in both English and French. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics operations.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers is a strong advantage.

  • Monitor operational expenses and prepare regular reports for management.

At AM PM, we specialize in crafting high-quality bathroom products tailored for modern lifestyles. As we continue to grow and achieve new milestones, we are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist with French language skills to join our Ecommerce team!

Tasks
  1. Process and manage client orders from placement to delivery
  2. Confirm product availability and handle stock reservations
  3. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order picking
  4. Arrange transportation and logistics
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation with clients
  6. Handle pricing documentation, and manage damaged goods
  7. Coordinate product returns and replacements efficiently
  8. Monitor operational expenses and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics operations; experience working with 3PL providers is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Higher or specialized secondary education in Economics, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business process management software
  • Remote within the EU
  • Active team player
