Our company operates on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive industry—such as insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, revolutionizing roadside help.

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve overseeing digital support processes, intervening when necessary, and helping us set new standards for excellence in the industry.
  • Oversee the digital support process, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Optimize support processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus.
Additional Information
  • Part-time position, 30 hours per week.
  • Shift-based role requiring occasional night and weekend shifts.
