Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la nutrition spécialisée recherche un contrôleur de gestion pour son usine de Steenvoorde. Le candidat idéal aura un Master en Finance et une expérience en contrôle de gestion, avec des compétences en analyse et en communication. Qualifications

  • Expérience initiale en contrôle de gestion et/ou audit.
  • Maîtrise des systèmes d'information et des outils financiers.
  • Expérience en suivi des coûts de personnel est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Être le contact principal pour les coûts indirects, en particulier les coûts de personnel.
  • Valoriser et suivre les projets de productivité.
  • Contribuer à la conformité du contrôle interne.

About The Job

Within the Danone Specialized Nutrition Division, near Lille, the Steenvoorde factory is a key facility providing complex recipes with high added value.

The Steenvoorde plant is undergoing technological and organizational transformation to meet future market demands in product portfolio and food safety and quality standards.

Danone Steenvoorde offers
  • Over 430 Danoners working daily to serve our young consumers and patients, ensuring product quality, safety, and environmental impact reduction.
  • More than 65,000 tonnes of products manufactured annually, exported to over 45 countries.
  • A portfolio of 140 recipes for demanding young consumers and patients.
  • Four packaging lines (three for liquids and one for powder), one drying tower, and one filtration workshop.
  • The PBF7 project: a new production line dedicated to medical products.

As a member of the Factory Management Control team, you will report to the Senior Control Manager.

Main missions
  1. Be the main contact for the site regarding overhead costs (especially personnel costs):
  • Co-develop workforce needs with the Management Committee during Budgeting (SCP) and reforecasting (RF).
  • Monthly production of financial results related to overhead costs, activity indicators, and qualitative analysis shared internally and with headquarters.
  • Facilitate discussions with Management Committee members on current status, comment on variances, and propose corrective actions.
  • Handle ad hoc analysis requests.
  • Value and monitor productivity projects and actions:
    • Support other departments in valuing productivity actions on controllable costs.
    • Collaborate with the Projects team to track and update productivity reporting against budget commitments.
    • Propose productivity actions.
  • Contribute to internal control compliance:
    • Participate in risk reduction with internal control, maintain existing control strengths.
    • Assist operational teams in implementing operational procedures.
    About you

    With higher education in Finance (Master's degree), you have initial experience in Control Management and/or Audit, and are proficient with Information Systems (SAP, Magnitude, Essbase, Excel).

    Experience in monitoring personnel costs is a plus.

    You are fluent in English, rigorous, analytical, and possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to act as a true business partner supporting a transforming factory.
