VINCI Facilities, with a revenue of 1.4 billion euros in 2019 and employing 8,500 staff, provides comprehensive building-related services, from multitechnique maintenance to facility management.

The VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire division (with a turnover of 270M€ and 1,650 employees) is recruiting a Technicien CFO (M/F) for one of its companies.

Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring preventive and corrective CFO maintenance of your site.
2. Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents.
3. Installing electrical pathways, connecting electrical panels, pulling cables, and executing new electrical installations in the tertiary sector: positioning, assembling, and fixing electrical equipment.
4. Maintaining the operational condition of the electrical installation by participating in fault diagnosis analyses.
5. Preparing technical reports to document your interventions using internal tools.
6. Monitoring subcontractors.
7. Performing interventions in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

This position is to be filled ASAP in Fontainebleau (77).

Requirements:

• Holder of a BAC/BAC+2 in electricity.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of service, and professionalism.
• Recognized for your rigor and autonomy.
