Job Description

As a Security Senior Manager, you will oversee the implementation of the Global Site Security Program, ensuring effective risk mitigation and protection of personnel, assets, and operations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Driving collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
2. Contributing to the development and rollout of training programs for security professionals and key site functions.
3. Managing projects with excellent execution skills.
4. Engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.

This position is initially a 2-year contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role. The role is remote with flexibility within Europe. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
