Reporting to the Group COO, you will be supporting Project design and delivery across all of our scope of work, interacting with both the Head of Group IT and the Head of Operations System Design, as well as various Business Unit stakeholders depending on projects.

Plan and deliver Project roll-outs across our multiple markets and Business Units,

Collect needs and field information in the early stages of international Projects,

Frame and drive Projects under the leadership of the Labelium group Operations team.

You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our project delivery capabilities (methodology, tools, processes…)

Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Group COO, you will be supporting Project design and delivery across all of our scope of work, interacting with both the Head of Group IT and the Head of Operations System Design, as well as various Business Unit stakeholders depending on projects.

You will be using your Project Management hard and soft skills, as well as our established tools and methodologies, in order to:

  • Plan and deliver Project roll-outs across our multiple markets and Business Units,

  • Collect needs and field information in the early stages of international Projects,

  • Frame and drive Projects under the leadership of the Labelium group Operations team.

You will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our project delivery capabilities (methodology, tools, processes…)


Qualifications

You have an autonomous, well-organized, and versatile mind, combining rigor with flexibility to achieve your goals pragmatically. You thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment, with a markedly horizontal and international culture.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s Degree.

  • 5-6 years of experience, including a strong Project Management track record. A PMP or other equivalent certification is an appreciated extra.

  • Experience in international environments (multi-cultural ways of working) is ideal.

    • Planning & Organization, bringing structure in an overall company environment with little to no formal widespread Project Management education.

  • Technical Skills

    • Experience with one or several project Management Platforms (Asana, Wrike, Basecamp, ClickUp, Monday…)

    • Experience with the Google Workspace suite. Some experience of Google Workspace Administration would be appreciated.

    • Good presentation skills.

    • Good Google Sheets and/or Excel skills.
