We are hiring a Sales Mediator to be part of the EMEA Hub organization; the position is based in Spain, Barcelona.

The team’s mission is to help companies minimize uncompliant software usage by resolving difficult matters amicably and opening opportunities that change the future. The team is composed of motivated professionals from diverse backgrounds across the world, creating a great atmosphere. Your role
  • Supported by a large team of legal, technical, and investigative professionals, you will be the customer-facing expert negotiating amicable outcomes with C-level executives from large corporations to exciting new start-ups looking to change the world.
  • Qualify interests and lead conversations to resolve uncompliant matters amicably.
  • Help companies become compliant software users.
  • Be an active listener, identify pain points, and turn obstacles into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local partners, legal teams, and regional sales management to oversee the entire process from first contact to final settlement.
  • Leverage the experience of an international team while bringing your own knowledge to support our ethical and sustainable growth.
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
  • Demonstrate proven active listening, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Guide customers to make the right decisions in complex situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Motivate people to follow through and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain self-discipline and a business ownership mindset to forecast, plan, manage, document, and deliver on time.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Adopt a business ownership mindset to monitor revenue streams and prioritize tasks efficiently.
