Request for Proposals: Creative & Public Relations (PR) Agency

The CGIAR System Organization invites qualified global creative and PR agencies to submit proposals for a two-year framework agreement to support communication initiatives that drive fundraising, public awareness, and stakeholder engagement. The selected agency will work on campaigns across multiple regions, including Europe, North America, Australasia, and over 100 countries in the Global South.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Creative development, branding, storytelling, and multimedia production
• Web content and module development (Drupal/Aquia)
• Public relations, media outreach, and event support
• Production of strategic documents (e.g., investment cases, reports)
• Technical and commercial proposals (submitted separately)
• PR/media strategy examples and reporting templates
• Global network and resource capabilities
• Detailed pricing model in USD
