In your position,

you will be fully integrated into the life of a Financial Department of a large group, trained by professionals who are experts in their field, and will participate in rich and empowering missions in an international environment.

Description of missions

Integrated into the mergers and acquisitions team, the intern will have the following main missions:

  1. Direct participation in the Group's financial operations (acquisitions, disposals, transversal operations) in an international context;
  2. Valuation and financial modeling work;
  3. Preparation of financial and strategic analyses for the Group's various committees or decision-making bodies;
  4. Support for the negotiation and structuring of industrial investment projects in development zones;
  5. Monitoring the market and active players in the fields of water, sanitation, and waste;
  6. Provide support in structuring the M&A team.
YOUR PROFILE SOUGHT

Higher education : Business school, engineering, or university (gap year, end-of-studies internship after a first experience)

Mastery of financial modeling and company valuation methods (previous experience in investment banking or funds is preferred)

Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, hard work, ability to work in a team

Language skills

Fluent French and English essential.
