About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on delivering end-to-end technology solutions. This role involves working across multiple domains, including infrastructure, operations, solution design, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interpret application development, operations, and infrastructure requirements of proposed solutions.
2. Translate complex business challenges into comprehensive end-to-end technology architectures.
3. Assess and optimize IT infrastructure, operations, and service delivery frameworks.
4. Evaluate technologies within infrastructure environments and produce actionable recommendations.
5. Manage technical client relationships and track the status of active engagements.
6. Execute infrastructure maintenance routines and scheduled updates.
7. Collaborate with other teams and serve as a subject matter expert on infrastructure systems.
8. Support the design and project management of new technology implementations.
9. Participate in business development by defining project scopes, work plans, and proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest and expertise in infrastructure technologies with a proactive learning attitude.
• Experience managing multiregional database configurations and clustering solutions.
• Solid project management experience; familiarity with data center environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data networking technologies including protocols, design, security, and business continuity.
• Hands-on experience in consulting, implementing, or supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Comfortable working in agile software development environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams.
