Too Good To Go is the number one app in the fight against food waste. Operating in 19 countries worldwide, we work to reduce food waste by making surplus food from stores available to local residents through our mobile app. The impact of Too Good To Go has spread rapidly across Europe, saving over 80 million meals in France alone.

We aim to grow our company by building a strong, committed, and talented team ready to fight against food waste and for the planet.

Your Role :

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our mission by developing and maintaining relationships with merchants, convincing them to join Too Good To Go in the fight against food waste. Your responsibilities include:

Prospecting & Acquisition :
  • Develop a strong network of independent and franchised merchants through telephone prospecting.
  • Use your best arguments and negotiation skills to present the benefits of our solution and persuade merchants to join our movement against food waste.
Account Management :
  • Provide regular follow-ups with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and engagement during their first month on the app.
  • Support merchants in using our platform, ensuring they fully understand the app and integrate food waste reduction into their daily operations.
What We're Looking For :
  • You believe in what the Too Good To Go app can offer merchants.
  • You are comfortable on the phone and have a natural ease in conversations.
  • Ideally, you have some experience in sales prospecting.
  • You love taking on challenges and demonstrate perseverance.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are empathetic and a good listener.
  • Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Chinese) is a plus.
