Job Description:

1. Ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations.
2. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
3. Contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
4. Demonstrate excellent project management and execution skills.
5. Maintain strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
6. Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
7. Engage effectively at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.
8. Initial contract duration: 2 years, with potential extension or transition to permanent employment.
