Description du poste

Job Description: Guest Experience Coordinator (H/F), Aix-en-Provence

This position is with a shipping company based in Wallis and Futuna, UVEA MARINE SERVICES (UMS), recruiting for the French company PONANT, a leader in polar expeditions and luxury cruises.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensure the delivery of unique PONANT components by coordinating efforts among different teams, communicating information, scheduling events, and tracking progress.
  2. Serve as a privileged contact for guests to gather feedback, assist with their needs, and answer questions.
Main Tasks:
  • Relay information between operational teams and guests, ensuring seamless communication across departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk.
  • Act as the liaison between guests and ship crew, handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
  • Develop and distribute materials through the PONANT App and other channels.
Problem Resolution & Quality Standards:
  • Identify guest complaints, propose solutions, and follow up with the Hotel Manager.
  • Analyze guest feedback to uphold quality standards.
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent non-conformities and ensure compliance with operational requirements.
Personalization & Experience Coordination:
  • Promote onboard services and local offerings, enhancing guest experiences through storytelling.
  • Coordinate special requests with relevant departments.
  • Participate in entertainment and public relations events with the Cruise Director.
Program & Excursion Support:
  • Assist in organizing daily programming, lectures, and events.
  • Support shore excursions and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Coordinate with hotel services for dietary and room requirements for special requests.
Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a 5* hotel or luxury tourism industry.
  • Knowledge of luxury service standards.
  • Skills: dynamic, organized, adaptable, interpersonal, autonomous, proactive.
  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
