Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Head of People freelance pour diriger sa vision RH au sein d'une équipe internationale entièrement à distance. Vous serez responsable de l'élaboration de processus RH efficaces et du soutien à une équipe de freelances passionnés par le sport et la santé. Ce rôle requiert un locuteur natif français et un bon niveau d'anglais pour assurer la collaboration à distance.

Head of People (Freelance – Full Remote, Europe-Based)

We're on a mission to transform lives through personalized coaching — and we’re looking for a Head of People to help us scale!

As Head of People, you’ll lead the HR vision for a fast-growing, fully remote team of freelancers who share a passion for sport & health. You’ll focus on building smart processes, improving collaboration, and supporting a vibrant, international team dynamic.

This is a freelance role, open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. You must be a native French speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Support managers in making thoughtful hiring decisions, and leverage skill mapping to create smoother onboarding and meaningful collaborations.
• Contribute to the evolution of our HR processes, including the potential finalization and implementation of a new HRIS to better support our growing freelance team.

Requirements:

• A native French speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English, comfortable working in an international context.
• A freelancer with a collaborative mindset and remote work experience.
