Doctolib is looking for a Product Marketing Lead on the Specialists doctor market for its Product Marketing team in France. You will work directly with Exco members as the CEO of our solutions on the Specialists market segment. You will have a leadership role internally to align all stakeholders towards a more product-driven approach.
What you'll do
As a Product Marketing Lead for the Specialists doctor market, you will define strategies to maximize growth, retention, satisfaction, and usage, and oversee their implementation. You will represent the voice of our 60,000 Specialist doctors and 50 million patients in France. You will collaborate daily with various teams at Doctolib: Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data.
The role includes the following missions:
- Be the voice of customers by conducting research on Specialist doctors' and patients' needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor movements to provide strategic recommendations for maintaining market advantage or suggesting partnerships and M&A opportunities.
- Partner with Product Management to identify and capitalize on market gaps and opportunities, bringing strong convictions on product needs.
- Develop and own the positioning strategy for the French market, differentiating our solutions from competitors, and define our product offering, pricing, and packaging.
- Create and maintain compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with target personas.
Usage & Satisfaction
- Monitor product usage and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement by Specialist doctors, while reducing churn.
- Partner with Product Management to translate insights into product improvements and feature adoption campaigns.
Growth plan
- Design comprehensive go-to-market strategies with 360 launch plans to reach yearly growth targets for Specialists, monitoring KPIs and designing Sales, Operations, and Marketing actions.
- Ensure successful launches and campaigns by coordinating with teams such as Product Marketing, Growth, Brand & Content, Legal, Sales, Operations.
- Partner with Brand & Content Marketing to develop impactful campaigns and content that support product launches, adoption, and increase Specialist satisfaction.
Key projects
- Design our GoToMarket strategy to improve Product Market Fit for Specialists (including Clinical solutions, Patient Acquisition, Digital secretariat, and management tools).
- Support the launch of our AI-based consultation assistant (expected in January 2025) and upcoming solutions like our AI-based phone assistant.
- Lead key projects such as partnerships with clinics (e.g., Ramsay, Elsan) and defining long-term plans for the Midwives market.
- Coconstruct & monitor achievement of Business Plan targets for growth KPIs to inform the annual Doctolib Strategic Plan.
Who you are

- You have 5 years of experience.
- You are experienced in new product launches, product marketing management, or go-to-market strategy.
- You have experience engaging multiple stakeholders and coordinating across functions in a fast-moving environment.
- You possess strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- You are fluent in French and English.
