Key Responsibilities:

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging the expertise of our internal teams.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting, optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource.
• Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt, tailored responses.
• Monitoring client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
• Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't recently interacted with our teams.
• Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailored to user needs.
• Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, such as disputes or contentious situations.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector. Your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is key!
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, scale-up environment
• Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PPT/Google Sheets, Slides)
