Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Apprentice - Group (H/F)

Missions :

Your mission is to support the organisation in fostering a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to implement projects and initiatives that promote DEI across all aspects of the organisation.

Key tasks and responsibilities :

• Support the actions deriving from the Group DEI roadmap
• Help the development and adaptation of Group DEI trainings
• Participate in the drafting of DEI awareness campaigns and of internal/external communication pieces
• Support the update of people policies and procedures
• Support the internal global communities on DEI (DEI ambassadors, Employee Resource Groups)
• Conduct research on best practices, trends and emerging issues related to DEI

Profil :

Key skills

• Educational background in Human Resources Management, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Law, or related fields; knowledge of DEI concepts is a plus
• Experience with Excel functions and data visualization tools; ability to gather, analyse, interpret and present data
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); other languages is a plus
• Good communication skills; the role holder should be comfortable interacting with a global audience and stakeholders from different departments
• Delivery focused and solutions oriented Collaboration; skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and external partners to advance DEI goals collaboratively
