Key Responsibilities:

Driving the Delivery Process:

• The Supply Chain Coordinator will be instrumental in co-leading the monthly S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, ensuring that the company's delivery mechanisms are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

• This involves being the primary point of contact for strategic market supply reviews, new SKU committees and innovation committees, requiring a deep understanding of market needs and operational capabilities.

Managing operational projects:

• This facet of the role calls for exceptional project management skills, as the coordinator will oversee the implementation of operational projects ranging from product launches—including limited editions and new packaging—to innovations and brand introductions from the international marketing team.

• The position necessitates close collaboration with various departments, including customer service, purchasing, R&D, supply chain, and warehouses, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Leading Sustainability strategy:

• A pivotal part of the job is to champion Pernod Ricard France's sustainability strategy. This involves optimizing logistics to meet dual objectives: reducing transportation costs and cutting carbon emissions in accordance with the group's environmental policies.

• The coordinator will regularly evaluate logistics plans, drive initiatives for continuous product optimization (including packaging innovations and certifications), and lead projects aimed at simplifying operations for growth (‘’Simplify for Growth’’ project), all while adhering to sustainability principles.

Requirements for the role:

• The role is globally oriented, requiring the candidate to be open to regular travel, particularly to Paris, with potential international trips as needed.

• The candidate should be comfortable working in a cross-functional environment, facilitating communication and collaboration across different departments and with international teams.

• A strong background in supply chain management, operational project management and sustainability initiatives is essential.

• The position does not entail direct hierarchical management but demands leadership skills to influence and drive projects across the organization.

• Fluency in French is mandatory.
