Job Summary
The position oversees the human resources function for North America region. The role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance to support the goals’ achievement and drive business performance. The position will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional HR teams to deliver solutions in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations and culture development, and will be responsible for deployment of global HR strategy in NA region, and work with stakeholders to strengthen the HR foundations.Job Description
