We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Account Manager to drive our expansion in the French market. Based in the Paris area, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Data Center infrastructure. How You'll make the difference :

  1. In the vibrant Data Center ecosystem, you forge enduring client relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  2. By deeply understanding client needs, you deliver customized solutions and grow a network of dedicated partners.
  3. You excel in driving revenue, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals efficiently.
  4. Through strategic planning, you ensure project success and stay informed on the latest trends, becoming a trusted expert in the field.

As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling CommScope's cutting-edge passive network infrastructure solutions to Data Center clients across France. Your mission will be to :

  • Cultivate and expand client relationships: Build strong, lasting partnerships with key decision-makers in the Data Center ecosystem.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities: Proactively seek out and develop new avenues for growth.
  • Understand and address client needs: Analyze client business, technology, and product requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Expand and develop a network of focused and loyal partners – System Integrators and Installers.
  • Drive revenue and achieve sales targets: Manage the sales pipeline, forecast demand, and close deals effectively.
  • Lead strategic account and project planning: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to ensure project success.
  • Become a subject matter expert: Stay abreast of the latest Data Center trends and technologies to provide expert guidance.

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven track record: 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining relationships within the Data Center market, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Hunter mentality: A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on direct engagement with end-users (Data Center).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: Ability to forge strong partnerships with consultants, integrators, installers, and general contractors.
  • Strategic ownership: Serve as the primary driver of commercial strategy for key Data Center accounts in France.
  • Deep industry knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Data Center demand drivers, buying cycles, and emerging technologies.
  • Influence and leadership: Ability to motivate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Superior organizational skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
