We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive industry—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can instantly request roadside assistance and replacement solutions in real-time, transforming the way help is delivered on the road.

We’re looking for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and help us set new industry standards for excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing the digital support process and intervening where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus

Additional information:

  • Part-time role of 30 hours per week
  • Shift-based position requiring occasional night and weekend shifts
