As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will:

• Work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving value through all data project phases.
• Use your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum customer value.
• Execute data migration best practices to support successful business transformation.
• Become skilled in the Syniti platform to meet diverse customer needs.

After initial training, a Senior Consultant is expected to:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Possess strong knowledge of technical data structures and definitions in assigned process areas.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools as per specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Have experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
• Have database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
